Me & my family absolutely love staying here. This location is clean, customer service is the absolute best, and it's convenient to everything. They are all professional. Top tier staff on every shift. And breakfast in the morning is always a super plus. Awesome again

The room is clean and well maintained and I appreciate the kitchen space and being able to request a toaster and obtain a toaster for my stay. The staff is friendly and professional. The location is safe, quiet and close to wonderful retail stores, restaurants, the International Plaza Mall, Ybor City, the Seminole Hard Rock Casino and Raymond James Stadium.

This is the second time we have stayed here. The staff is great! My room is clean and the kitchenette is clean and operational. Best of all, they are pet friendly. Within walking distance to several great restaurants and the International mall.

The room updates—new flooring, fresh paint, updated window treatments, and a new bed and frame—make a real difference. This doesn’t feel like an older hotel hiding behind cosmetic touch-ups. It feels intentional. Clean. Airy. A true breath of fresh air. The space is brighter and more comfortable in a way that matters when you’re living, not just passing through. That sense of ease has given us something incredibly valuable: time. Time to wait for the real estate market to favor us more. Time to be ready rather than rushed. There’s a quiet luxury in that—being able to make thoughtful decisions instead of panicked ones—and this stay has made that possible. Leadership matters, and Kayla exemplifies it. She is trusted by both her team and her guests, and it shows. She leads with a compassionate professionalism that makes you feel like you’ve made a friend—and sometimes you forget you’re interacting with the manager at all. That balance is rare. The model for hotel management should genuinely be studied here. The standard is high, and the bar is clearly set with intention. The consistency across the team reinforces that culture. There’s also a newer face at the front desk—Contessa—whose warmth, grace, and quiet elegance add yet another layer of welcome. A beautiful smile and a touch of class go a long way, and she fits seamlessly into the environment already established here. We recently traveled to Gainesville for the Gators Men’s Basketball game vs. Georgia and stayed at an Extended Stay there as well. We looked at options. There were many. But once again, the combination of price, convenience, and practicality made this brand the clear choice. More importantly, there was no fear—no anxiety about cleanliness, no concern about pests, no sense of paying too much just to feel uneasy. That peace of mind is priceless. Something else worth saying: staying here has never felt shameful. Quite the opposite. When we mention it to friends, people can visit. We feel comfortable. Even a bit proud. We weren’t settling—we chose well. Many of our friends displaced by the same hurricanes paid upwards of $350 per night at places like the Don CeSar. Luxurious on paper, but impersonal, uncomfortable, and ultimately hollow. Beautiful buildings don’t always translate to livable spaces. This place may not be flashy—and that’s exactly why it works. Stayed here recently and had a solid experience overall. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff I interacted with were friendly and helpful. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a simple stay. This isn’t a luxury hotel, but it did exactly what it was supposed to do... provided a safe, quiet place to rest. The hallways and common areas were kept up, and I appreciated how responsive the team was when I had a question. Based on my experience, I’d stay here again.
